Williamsburg Co-op

An established co-op garden, renovated with a native plant emphasis and kept in ongoing care, with new planters at the building's entrance.

This was already a beautiful, established garden when we arrived; what it needed was a refresh. We renovated the plantings while keeping the character that years of growth had given the space.

The new planting leans native. Asters, coreopsis and blue vervain now carry the garden from summer into fall, alongside the ferns, hellebores and heuchera in the shadier beds.

We also designed planters for the building's entranceway, so the welcome begins at the front door.

We continue to maintain the garden through the year, with pruning, fertilizing and seasonal care. It gets better every season, and we're glad to be part of it.
